First, all files are thoroughly examined before typing the first word. If necessary, you will be contacted if clarification is needed.

The second stage is the translation process itself. Theoretical and practical knowledge is applied and any special requests are taken into account.

The final stage entails:

  1. A comparative review of the source and target texts;
  2. Checking grammar, punctuation, consistency, and formatting; and
  3. Reading, proofing, and a final formatting review

For large projects, a project manager and more than one translator and reviewer, if necessary, will be included to provide you with the best results.

Yes, you can order certified and non-certified translations.

This will depend on the nature of the files that you need to have translated. Formatting, level of difficulty, and availability are important aspects to take into consideration.

You can, however, request an expedited translation for an additional fee if the initial turnaround time does not fit your needs.

Additionally, we may rely on technology, including AI, for certain projects. Your approval will be required, though.

You will receive the translations by email unless agreed otherwise. Most translations will be sent in PDF format, but other formats are available if needed. Addtionally charges, including shipping fees, may be applied.
